Pharmacology in vivo
Schizophrenic patients are treated with varying doses of a large number of different drugs (neuroleptics and other drugs). Volunteers, participating in clinical trials, are also given various drugs or potential therapeutic agents. In the database all types of treatment will be included, like drug type, doses, treatment duration to be coupled to the therapeutic effects and side effects, or to the results of brain imaging, psychiatric or psychological tests, genotypes etc.

Pharmacology in vitro
The pharmacological profiles (receptor affinities, metabolism, side effect profiles) of the used drugs will be determined and included in the database.
