Kort presentation av nuvarande forskning:
Utveckla radioligander för Positronemissionstomografi (PET)
som binder till D1-dopamin receptorer. Jämföra D1-receptorbindning
(Bmax och Kd) hos friska försökspersoner och nyinsjuknade,
obehandlade patienter med schizofreni. Mäta D1-receptorblockad
i hjärnan hos friska och patienter efter orala doser av selektiva
D1-receptor antagonister och relatera den till plasmakoncetration
och kliniska effekter. Studera dygnsrytmen av D1-receptor bindning
i hjärnan hos friska.
