LSS - Law (1993:387)
about support and service to some individuals with functional
disabilities
LSS is a law of rights guaranteeing
individuals with considerable and permanent functional disabilities
good living conditions, help in every day life and a possibility
to influence the support and service provided to them.
LSS includes (among others) "individuals
who has considerable difficulties to cope with every day life
and large needs for support and services due to large and
permanent physical or mental functional disabilities".
LSS specifies ten rights/actions for
e.g. support and housing.
