The Swedish Schizophrenia Organization

Relatives of people with schizophrenia often bear a heavy burden. The best thing the society can do to help them is to give more support to the sick patients. If the patients live under fairly acceptable terms, their relatives will also feel better. This is the picture that has emerged from talks with relatives and with staff at Schizofreniförbundet, an interest group that organizes people with schizophrenia and their relatives.
