Mapping Of The Nervous System
 With
nearly half a decade in medical research and science behind him,
Lennart Heimer has made contributions that have helped establish
a map of how the central and peripheral nervous system functions,
and perhaps above all, how their different components communicate
with each other. We have still today not a complete picture of how
and which of the areas of the brain that are in contact with each
other, and how they affect each other, but when Lennart Heimer once
started focusing on this topic, even less was of course known than
today.
